Learn to Use Comvo Step by Step
Everything from collecting the voice of the customer to resolving a complaint is here: where to do what, what each screen is for, and how to complete a task from start to finish. The panel interface is in Turkish; screen and button names are given in Turkish exactly as they appear on screen, followed by their English translation.
What Is Comvo?
Comvo is a feedback platform that measures your customers' experience, catches a bad experience instantly and has the right person resolve it. Store, branch, service point, call center or e-commerce: whatever your sector, the same loop applies:
- ReachQR code, email, SMS, your own system; Google reviews come in too
- MeasureThe customer answers a 30-second survey on their phone
- CatchRules turn a low score into a critical case and notify the person responsible
- ResolveThe person responsible gets back to the customer and records what was done
- VerifyAfter resolution, a resolution satisfaction survey is sent to the customer
- ImproveReports show the most complained-about topics and units
Initial Setup Roadmap
Below is the recommended order for getting your company ready. Click Done as you finish each step; your progress is saved in this browser. Most steps are done by the company owner or an administrator; unit managers can start from steps 9 and 10.

Log In to the Panel and Look Around
Set your password using the link in the invitation email you received. The Genel Bakış (Overview) screen that opens first is a summary of the last 30 days. Take one tour of the left menu and the search at the top right (Ctrl + K).
Genel Bakış -
Set Up Your Organization Structure
First define the layers of your structure with the Seviyeler (Levels) button (e.g. Region › Province › Store). Then add units one by one or upload them in bulk from Excel/CSV with Dosyadan Aktar (Import from File). Give each unit a kod (code): in bulk sending and in the API, the unit is found by this code.
Yapı Organizasyon -
Add Touchpoints and Staff
Temas Noktaları (Touchpoints) separate the stages at which the experience happens (store visit, service handover, call...). The Personel (Staff) list holds the people the customer picks in the "who served you" question. Both are optional but they enrich your reports.
Organizasyon Temas Noktaları / Personel -
Invite Your Team
Give each person a rol (role) and an alan (scope). The scope is the unit the person will see: "Unit Manager + Kadıköy" sees only Kadıköy; "Unit Manager + Marmara" sees the whole region. Critical cases are assigned to the unit's manager and escalated to the next manager up when the deadline passes, so it is important that every store and region has a manager.
Yapı Ekip Kişi Davet Et -
Publish Your KVKK Privacy Notice
KVKK is Turkey's personal data protection law (Law No. 6698). The "Privacy" link at the bottom of the survey page shows this notice. Check your data controller title and the text, then click Yeni Sürüm Yayınla (Publish New Version). The list of collected information is added to the notice automatically.
Ayarlar KVKK ve Veri -
Prepare and Publish Your Survey
Choose a ready-made template with Anket Oluştur (Create Survey) (Store Experience, After-Sales Service, NPS...). Edit the questions, conditional logic and design, try it in the live preview on the right, then click Yayınla (Publish). Changes made after publishing do not reach customers until you publish again.
Anketler Anket Oluştur -
Get the Survey to Your Customers
QR: on the survey's Distribution tab, click Her Nokta İçin QR (QR for Every Location), download them with Tümünü İndir (ZIP) (Download All) and print them on the checkout counter, tables or receipts. E-posta/SMS (Email/SMS): upload your customer list to Toplu Gönderim (Bulk Send), or set up a Tetik (Trigger) for automatic sending based on events from your system. Email and SMS first require sender settings on the Kanallar (Channels) tab.
Anketler Anket Dağıtım -
Review Alert Rules and Case Settings
The built-in "Critical feedback" rule makes a response critical when satisfaction is 2 or lower or the recommendation score is 4 or lower, assigns it to the unit's manager, gives it 24 hours and escalates it to the next manager up if the deadline passes. Set your own thresholds. In Vaka Ayarları (Case Settings), edit closing codes and resolution satisfaction measurement. If you connect your Google Business Profile in Yorum Kaynakları (Review Sources), your branches' Google reviews reach the people responsible in the same way.
Ayarlar Uyarı Kuralları -
Turn On Your Notifications
In the bell menu at the top right, turn on the Bu cihazda anlık bildirim (Push notifications on this device) switch: critical cases arrive on your phone. On iPhone, first add the panel as an app in Safari with Share › Add to Home Screen. From the same menu you can turn the haftalık özet e-postası (weekly summary email) that arrives on Monday mornings on or off.
Zil Bildirim ayarları -
Settle Into a Daily and Weekly Rhythm
Every day: in Gelen Bildirimler (Inbox), clear the Bana Atanan (Assigned to Me) and Kritik (Critical) views. Every week: in Raporlar (Reports), look at the satisfaction trend, complaint reasons and unit ranking; decide on an action against the most frequently recurring reason.
Gelen Bildirimler
Key Concepts
Terms that come up often in the panel. Knowing them makes the screens much easier to read.
- Unit and level
- Every node of your organization is a unit (e.g. the Marmara region, the province of Istanbul, the Kadıköy store). Levels are the names of these layers. Permissions and reports work through the unit tree: whoever sees a unit also sees the units below it.
- Touchpoint
- The stage at which the experience happens: store visit, service handover, call center... Reports also break responses down by touchpoint.
- Survey and version
- Every publish creates a version. The customer always sees the published version; changes to the draft have no effect until it is published again. Old responses are stored with their own version.
- Fixed QR
- A code printed on the checkout counter, table or receipt that anyone can scan. If it is linked to a unit, the customer is not asked "which store?".
- Personal invitation
- A single-use link sent to one person by email or SMS. The response is matched with the person, the unit and the transaction number (order, service record).
- Response and case
- Every completed survey is a response. A response that needs attention becomes a case: it has a status (New, In Progress, Resolved), an owner, a priority and a history.
- Resolution time
- The time within which the case is expected to be resolved; it is set by a rule and counted from the moment the response arrives. On a case, "5 hours left" shows the remaining time, and a red "2 days overdue" shows the delay. (Some teams also call it SLA.)
- Escalation
- If the deadline passes, the case automatically moves to the unit's next manager up (e.g. from the store manager to the regional manager) and the clock restarts.
- CSAT (satisfaction)
- A satisfaction score from 1 to 5. The average and the "satisfied rate" (the share of 4 and 5 ratings) are shown.
- NPS (recommendation score)
- The 0-10 question "would you recommend us?". 9-10 count as promoters, 0-6 as detractors. NPS = promoter % - detractor %; it ranges from -100 to +100.
- CES (ease)
- The "how easy was it to complete your transaction?" measure. Used for processes such as orders and applications.
- Root cause
- Multiple-choice questions such as "what did you not like?" are tagged as root cause. The Şikâyet nedenleri (Complaint reasons) in reports come from here.
- Closing code
- The answer to "what was done?" when a case is resolved (customer was called, compensation was given...). Reports show which action worked.
- Resolution satisfaction
- A one-question survey sent to the customer after the case is resolved. It measures the quality of the resolution; negative feedback reopens the case.
- Online review
- A review the customer writes on sites such as Google without waiting for you to ask. It arrives in the panel and is managed like a case; your reply is published publicly on that site. Its ratings are not mixed into survey measures (CSAT, NPS).
- Credit
- The unit of SMS sending. Long messages and Turkish characters may use more than one credit; screens show the estimated credits.
- Masking
- As required by KVKK, the customer's email and phone number are shown as
d***@...to people without permission to see them in full.
Navigating the Panel
The panel uses the same layout on every screen. Menus you have no permission for are not shown to you at all; if a menu you see in this guide is missing for you, your role does not have access to that screen.
- Firma kartı (Company card, top left): If you are a member of more than one company, you switch between them here. Your role is shown below it.
- Sol menü (Left menu): Main screens, Yapı (Structure: organization, team) and Ayarlar (Settings), in three groups.
- Her yerde ara (Search everywhere, Ctrl + K, on Mac ⌘ + K): Searches screens, surveys, units and responses; runs commands.
- Zil (Bell): Notifications sent to you; also settings for push notifications, installing as an app and the weekly summary.
- Sol alt (Bottom left): Light/dark theme, Help Center and log out.
- Nasıl Yapılır? düğmeleri (How To buttons): On screens that require setup (Google connection, email and SMS channels, comment analysis), step-by-step instructions open in a window.
On Phones and Tablets
The panel is fully phone-friendly. The bottom bar holds the four most used screens and the Menü (Menu) button; Menu opens all screens and company switching.
By adding the panel to your home screen you can use it like an app and receive critical cases as push notifications (see Getting notifications on your phone).
What Is Each Screen For?
Every screen in the left menu, with its menu path and who can see it.
The summary screen that opens when you log in. It shows the last 30 days of the scope you are authorized for.
- Indicator cards: Satisfaction (CSAT), Recommendation (NPS), number of responses and Zamanında Müdahale (Timely Response: the share of critical cases someone started working on within the deadline). Below the CSAT card you see this period's share of satisfied customers and whether it rose or fell against the previous 30 days (artış / düşüş); below the NPS card, the share of positive (9-10) and negative (0-6) scores (Olumlu / Olumsuz).
- Satisfaction trend: Daily CSAT average; the grey dashed line is the previous period.
- Live feed: Every incoming response appears instantly without refreshing the page. Clicking it opens the response in Gelen Bildirimler (Inbox).
- By organization: A side-by-side comparison of the top-level units (e.g. regions).
- Needs attention: Overdue critical cases waiting for attention.
- Setup: While the company is new, it shows the missing setup steps (units, touchpoints, team, first survey); it disappears once they are complete.
The center of case management. Summary boxes are at the top and the responses table below. When you tap a row, the response details appear in a panel that slides in from the right; the list stays in the background.
Summary, Views and Filters
- Summary boxes: Counts for Açık (Open), Kritik (Critical), Süresi Aşan (Overdue), Bana Atanan (Assigned to Me) and Bugün Gelen (Received Today). Tapping a box filters the table to that view.
- Açık: All unresolved cases.
- Bana Atanan: Cases you own. Start your day here.
- Atanmamış (Unassigned): Cases nobody has taken on yet.
- Kritik: Cases made critical by rules.
- Süresi Aşan: Open cases past their resolution time.
- Çözüldü (Resolved) and Tümü (All): Closed cases and all responses.
You can filter by score, unit, survey and channel, and sort by newest, oldest, deadline approaching or lowest score first. The search box searches comment text and transaction numbers.
Actions on a Case
- Durum (Status): Yeni (New) › İlgileniliyor (In Progress) › Çözüldü (Resolved). When you choose Resolved you are asked "Ne yapıldı?" (What was done?), and the next case in the list opens automatically.
- Sorumlu ve öncelik (Owner and priority): Changed from the lists at the top of the panel. The assigned person is notified.
- Müşteriye Yanıt (Reply to Customer): If the customer has an email address, you write to them directly; the reply is added to the case history.
- İç Not (Internal Note): A note only the team sees. The customer does not see it.
- Sonraki ve Önceki (Next and Previous): Move from case to case with the buttons at the top of the panel or with the J and K keys. Esc closes the panel.
- Toplu işlem (Bulk action): Select several responses with the round button at the start of each row and set them to In Progress or Resolved together.
Reviews customers write on sites such as Google, the App Store and Şikayetvar are managed here, in the same layout as Gelen Bildirimler (Inbox). Summary boxes are at the top and the reviews table below; when you tap a row, the review appears in a panel that slides in from the right. Permissions are the same too: a store's manager sees only that store's reviews.
Sources and Views
- Summary boxes: Counts for open, low-rated, Cevapsız (Unanswered), Bana Atanan (Assigned to Me) and Bugün Gelen (Received Today). Tapping a box filters the table to that view.
- Source filter: All sources or one of the connected sources (Google, App Store, Google Play, Facebook, Şikayetvar, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Yandex). The number next to it is the number of reviews from that source. In the table, the badge under each review shows its source.
- Reply column: Cevaplandı (Replied), Cevapsız (Unanswered) or Gönderilemedi (Could Not Be Sent).
- Açık (Open): Reviews that need attention.
- Bana Atanan: Reviews you own.
- 1-3 Yıldız (1-3 Stars): Open low-rated reviews counted as cases (the threshold is changed in Yorum Kaynakları (Review Sources)).
- Cevapsız: Reviews that have not been replied to yet.
- Çözüldü (Resolved) and Tümü (All). All also shows "Geçmiş" (Past) reviews written before the connection.
Public Reply
- The text you write in the Herkese Açık Cevap (Public Reply) tab is published under the review on Google; everyone can see it. Do not write the customer's name or personal information.
- You can update a published reply with Düzenle (Edit); the reply on Google changes too.
- If comment analysis is on, Taslak Öner (Suggest Draft) prepares a polite draft reply; you are always the one who sends it.
- İç Not (Internal Note) is a note only the team sees.
- Move from review to review with the Sonraki (Next) and Önceki (Previous) buttons at the top of the panel or with the J and K keys. After a review is set to Resolved, the next one opens automatically.
- If the customer changes their rating after your reply, this is recorded in the timeline; if the rating drops, the closed case is reopened.
Experience measures for the period and filters you choose. At the top you select the period (7 Gün, 30 Gün, 90 Gün, 1 Yıl: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year), survey, unit and touchpoint; all cards refresh accordingly.
- CSAT, NPS, CES and response cards: The score distribution is shown as bars, with the difference from the previous period. If there is not enough data for comparison, this is stated.
- Satisfaction trend: Daily average; the previous period as a grey line.
- Complaint reasons: The most selected answers in root cause questions and their shares. Set your improvement priorities from here.
- Breakdown table: A comparison of units (or touchpoints) by CSAT, satisfied rate, NPS, responses, change and number of critical cases. Clicking a unit's name drills the report down one level (region › province › store).
- Closed loop: How many cases were resolved, first response and resolution times, which closing codes were used and the resolution rate according to the customer.
- Online reputation: For Google (and other sources once connected): average rating and difference from the previous period, star distribution, reply rate, average reply time, unanswered low-rated reviews, number of customers who raised their rating after your reply, the units with the most reviews and your overall Google rating. Kept separate from survey scores.
- Comments: If comment analysis is on, the distribution of topics and, on request, an AI summary of the period.
The place for sending the survey with personal links by email and SMS. It has five tabs:
Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV customer list, map the columns, preview and send. Invalid and duplicate rows are shown before sending.
Automatically sends a survey with the delay you set after an event from your system (e.g. service delivered). The frequency limit keeps the same person from being overwhelmed; during quiet hours, messages wait until morning.
The status of every outgoing message: queued, sent, undeliverable, skipped (and the reason).
A log of events from your system and which trigger ran.
Whether email goes through Comvo or your own server, and whether SMS uses Comvo credits or your own Netgsm account; the credit balance and the general frequency limit. On each card, the Nasıl Ayarlanır? (How to Set Up) button explains the steps.
All your surveys are listed as cards. Each card shows the number of questions, the published version, whether there are unpublished changes, and the number of responses and QR codes. With the tabs at the top you can filter by Yayında (Published), Taslak (Draft) and Duraklatıldı (Paused).
The Anket Oluştur (Create Survey) button opens the ready-made templates: Blank Survey, Relational NPS, Store Experience, After-Sales Service, After Call Center, Event, Order Experience (CES), After Delivery, Root Cause After Cancellation and Win-Back. A template comes with questions, logic and settings; you can change all of them.
Clicking a survey opens the builder. The screen has three columns: on the left the question structure (reordered by dragging), in the middle the editor for the selected tab, and on the right a live phone/desktop preview. Changes are saved automatically; "Kaydedildi" (Saved) appears at the top.
Sorular (Questions)
Question text, whether it is required, "hidden at start" (shown only if a rule reveals it) and the measure tag (CSAT, NPS, CES, Root cause) are set here. Question types: Star, Scale, NPS (0-10), Emoji, Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Dropdown, Yes/No, Text, Contact Details, Location Picker and Info Text. With the language selector at the top you write the text for each language separately.
Mantık (Logic)
"EĞER ... ŞUNU YAP" (IF ... THEN DO) rules: based on an answer, show, hide or require a question, skip ahead, or change its text. Example: if satisfaction is at most 3, show the "What did you not like?" question.
Tasarım (Design)
Theme (Aydın, Gece, Canlı: Light, Night, Vivid), question-by-question or single-page view, progress bar, auto-advance on selection, logo and brand color, welcome screen, thank-you text and coupon, and a Google review invitation for happy customers.
Dağıtım (Distribution)
Pausing/resuming response collection and fixed QR codes: QR Ekle (Add QR), Her Nokta İçin QR (QR for Every Location), individual SVG/PNG or Tümünü İndir (ZIP) (Download All). For personal sending, it directs you to the Distribution screen.
Ayarlar (Settings)
The survey's languages and default language, touchpoint, anonymous response option and the aynı cihazdan tekrar yanıt (repeat response from the same device) limit. With a fixed QR, this limit prevents the same phone from responding a second time before the hours you set have passed (12 hours in templates, 0 = no limit). Someone who scans the QR again before the time is up sees a "Yanıtınızı kısa süre önce aldık" (We received your response a short while ago) thank-you page instead of the survey. The change takes effect when you publish again.
Your company's unit tree. It has three tabs: Birimler (Units), Personel (Staff) and Temas Noktaları (Touchpoints).
- Yapı (Structure): You can define more than one structure (e.g. "Store Network" and "Sales Regions"). Switch between structures with the buttons at the top left.
- Seviyeler (Levels): The layers of the structure (Region › Province › Store). Their singular and plural names are used on screens.
- Unit details: Clicking a unit in the tree lets you edit its name, code, city, address, active status and Google Yorum Bağlantısı (Google Review Link) on the right. To add a sub-unit, use the plus icon on the row.
- Dosyadan Aktar (Import from File): Download the sample template, fill it in and upload it as Excel or CSV. Units with the same code are updated and new ones are added.
- Read-only units: You see the units above your scope but cannot change them.
The people who use the panel. Tabs: Tümü (All), Etkin (Active), Davet Bekliyor (Invitation Pending), Kapalı (Deactivated). Each row shows the person's role and scope (e.g. Birim Sorumlusu · Kadıköy, Unit Manager · Kadıköy); the KVKK marker shows that the person can see customer email addresses and phone numbers in full.
Kişi Davet Et (Invite Person)
You choose the email, full name, one or more rol ve alan (role and scope) pairs and personal data visibility. The invitation link is valid for 7 days. You can give a person different roles in different units (Başka Rol Ekle, Add Another Role).
The Roller ve İzinler (Roles and Permissions) button shows the built-in roles and lets you create custom roles. For details, see Roles and Permissions.
Every incoming response passes through these rules. A rule consists of a condition and actions. Rules are evaluated in order from top to bottom; you can reorder them in the list and turn them on or off.
Condition
Measures (CSAT, NPS, CES) or the answer to a specific question; comparisons such as "at most", "at least", "equal to". Herhangi Biri (Any) runs when one of the conditions is met, Hepsi (All) when all of them are. The window tells you in advance how many responses from the last 30 days this rule would match.
Actions
- Öncelik (Priority): Set to High or Critical.
- İşaretle (Flag): Show the case as flagged.
- Çözüm süresi (Resolution time): Within how many hours the case should be resolved. If escalation is on, the case moves to the next manager up when the time runs out.
- Sorumluya ata (Assign to owner): The unit's own manager or a level above.
- Bildir (Notify): Notification to the assigned person.
- Süre aşılınca yükselt (Escalate when overdue): The maximum number of levels to go up.
- Webhook'a gönder (Send to webhook): Notify your own system.
How cases are closed and how resolution quality is measured.
- Kapanış kodları (Closing codes): The options selected when choosing "Çözüldü" (Resolved). You can reorder, add and remove them. If Kod zorunlu (Code required) is on, a case cannot be closed without selecting a code.
- Çözüm memnuniyeti (Resolution satisfaction): The number of days you set after a case is resolved, a one-question resolution satisfaction survey is sent to the customer. The channel, quiet hours, question and message text are set here. Anonymous responses and customers without contact details are excluded.
Reads the comments customers write with AI: it extracts the tone (positive, negative, neutral, mixed), the topic (waiting, staff, price...) and a one-sentence summary. It flags a comment involving health, safety, threats or legal action as "may be urgent", makes the case critical and notifies the person responsible.
You can edit the Konular (Topics) list for your sector; each comment is sorted into at most 3 topics from this list. Son 30 Günü Analiz Et (Analyze the Last 30 Days) also processes comments from before it was turned on.
Which sites online reviews come from and how they become cases is set here.
- Google İşletme Profili (Google Business Profile): With Google Hesabını Bağla (Connect Google Account), you grant permission with the Google account that is a manager of your branches. The panel only gets permission to read reviews and write replies; your password never reaches the panel. Şimdi Eşitle (Sync Now) fetches new reviews without waiting; normally they arrive automatically every half hour.
- Şubeler (Branches): Each branch on Google is matched with a unit in the panel. If the unit has a Google review link or the names match, matching happens automatically; choose the rest from the list. Reviews of an unmatched branch are not assigned to anyone. If you turn off a branch, its new reviews are not fetched.
- Vaka kuralları (Case rules): Which rating counts as a case (by default 3 stars and below), resolution time (by default 24 hours), notification to the person responsible and the default for "resolve on reply".
- App Store, Google Play and Facebook: Connected with your own key (Bağla, Connect window). Reviews arrive automatically every half hour and your reply is published publicly on the relevant site. Where to get the key is explained step by step in the Nasıl Bağlanır? (How to Connect) window on each card.
- Şikayetvar, Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Yandex Maps: Because these sites do not share their reviews externally, reviews are uploaded as Excel or CSV with Dosya Yükle (Upload File). Columns: Tarih, Puan, Yorum, Yazar, Şube, Kimlik, Cevap (Date, Rating, Review, Author, Branch, ID, Reply; the template is in the window). Uploading the same file again does not duplicate reviews. A Şikayetvar entry without a rating automatically becomes a critical case. You write the reply on the relevant site; case tracking and internal notes are done in the panel.
- App and page records: Records that do not belong to a branch (app, Facebook page, online store) count as Tüm Firma (Whole Company) by default; you can link them to a unit if you wish.
- Bağlantıyı Kes (Disconnect): The panel's access is revoked. If you wish, you can also permanently delete the reviews already received.
There are two tabs:
- Aydınlatma Metni (Privacy Notice): The text shown on the survey page, separately for each language. Every publish becomes a new version; every response stores which version it saw.
- Toplanan Bilgiler (Collected Information): The context fields stored with the response (transaction number, customer number...). For each field you set its purpose, whether it is personal data, whether it can be used as a filter in reports and its retention period. This list is added to the privacy notice automatically.
This screen is used when a customer asks "what do you hold about me?" or "delete my data". The request is recorded and the legal 30-day period starts counting.
- Başvuru Kaydet (Record Request): The person's email, phone or customer number and the request type.
- Kişiyi Bul (Find Person): The person records, responses and messages linked to this information are counted.
- Dökümü İndir (Download Export, for an information request) or Verileri Sil (Delete Data, for a deletion request). On deletion, response scores remain for statistics, while the link to the person and the personal information are permanently removed.
- Sonuçlandır (Complete) or Reddet (Reject); a result note is saved.
The Saklama (Retention) settings at the bottom of the same screen automatically hide personal information in responses older than a given number of days and delete data at the end of the period you set. This runs automatically every night.
For connecting the panel with your own systems (ERP, CRM, POS, e-commerce). Usually used by your IT team.
API Anahtarları (API Keys)
Generates keys so your system can create survey invitations, send events, and read responses and reports in the panel. Each key has scopes (what it can do), a unit restriction and a live/test mode. The key is shown only once; if it is lost, generate a new one and revoke the old one. Technical documentation: API Documentation.
Webhook'lar (Webhooks)
When something happens in the panel (response received, case resolved, rule triggered, case escalated...), it instantly sends a notification to your address. You choose which event is sent for which survey and unit. If it cannot reach you, it retries at the interval you set, gives up after a given time and, if you wish, notifies you by email. The request and response of every delivery are logged in detail.
Who did what and when, in the panel and the API. Settings changes, permission operations, sends, exports and personal data operations are recorded in detail. Records cannot be changed or deleted. You can filter by topic with the tabs at the top.
In the demo company you can clear the sample data, run your own trial in an empty company and return to the demo data whenever you like. This screen appears only in a company set up as a demo.
- Verileri Temizle (Clear Data): Surveys, responses, cases, organization structure, staff, QR codes, online reviews, rules and integrations are deleted. The company, your account, brand, privacy notice and built-in roles remain; an empty organization structure and the default alert rule are created.
- Demo Verisini Yükle (Load Demo Data): The company returns to its original state with demo data. Dates are updated relative to today; QR code addresses do not change.
- Team members linked to a unit are removed during clearing and return on restore. Both operations are written to the audit log.

- The ? button at the top right shows how the answer is used and your privacy notice.

- Answers from customers who leave halfway are also saved.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does "5 hours left" on a case mean?
The time remaining to resolve the case (resolution time). The hours given by the rule are counted from the moment the response arrives. When the time passes, the label turns red ("2 days overdue") and, if the rule says so, the case is escalated to the next manager up.
Why are Google reviews not added to the satisfaction (CSAT) score?
People who write reviews on Google select themselves: the very satisfied or the very angry write. Mixing them with survey respondents would distort the measure. That is why online reviews are tracked separately in Raporlar (Reports), in an "Online reputation" card.
Can I correct or delete the reply I wrote on Google?
To correct it, use Düzenle (Edit) on the reply card in Online Yorumlar (Online Reviews); the reply on Google is updated too. Removing the reply completely is, for now, done through your Google Business Profile.
How do Şikayetvar reviews come in?
Because Şikayetvar, Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Yandex do not share their reviews externally, the lists from these sources are uploaded as Excel or CSV with Dosya Yükle (Upload File) on the Yorum Kaynakları (Review Sources) screen. The App Store, Google Play and Facebook, on the other hand, are connected with your own key and reviews arrive automatically.
I filled in the survey but I cannot see it in the Inbox.
If you filled it in with Önizle (Preview) in the survey builder, the response is not saved; the preview is for testing only and says so at the top of the page. For a real response, scan the QR code on the survey's Dağıtım (Distribution) tab with a phone or open its link; the response appears within a few seconds in Gelen Bildirimler (Inbox) and in the live feed on Genel Bakış (Overview).
A menu does not appear for me. Why?
The panel shows only the screens your role allows. If you need a screen, ask your company's administrator to update your role.
Why can I not see the customer's phone number?
As required by KVKK, personal data is shown masked to people without permission to see it in full. This permission is granted separately from the role; your administrator can turn it on from the Ekip (Team) screen.
I changed the survey but customers see the old version.
Changes stay in the draft. Click the Yeniden Yayınla (Republish) button at the top right of the builder. The "Yayınlanmamış değişiklik" (Unpublished changes) label in the builder reminds you of this.
Do I need to reprint the QR codes when I change the survey?
No. The QR address is fixed; it always opens the published version. You only need to print a new one if you want to link the QR to a different unit.
I marked a case as resolved by mistake.
Open the case and set its status to Yeni (New) or İlgileniliyor (In Progress). If a resolution satisfaction survey was scheduled, it is cancelled automatically. All changes appear in the case history.
Can the same customer receive two surveys on the same day?
Triggers and bulk sends have a frequency limit (e.g. once every 30 days). A person who has received a survey within the limit is skipped and the reason is shown in the Gönderimler (Sends) tab.
Why was the email or SMS not sent?
If there is a "henüz hazır değil" (not ready yet) warning at the top right of the Distribution screen, that channel has not been set up yet; the Nasıl Ayarlanır? (How to Set Up) window on the Kanallar (Channels) tab explains the steps. In the Gönderimler (Sends) tab you can see the status of each message and the reason it was skipped (unsubscribed, quiet hours, insufficient credits).
What are the responses in the Suspicious view?
Responses that look as if they were filled in very quickly or submitted automatically. They are kept apart from the open lists so they do not distort reports.
The weekly summary email is not arriving.
"Haftalık özet e-postası" (Weekly summary email) must be on in the bell menu and you must have permission to view reports. The summary is sent on Monday morning. Check your spam folder as well.
I am not getting notifications on my phone.
"Bu cihazda anlık bildirim" (Push notifications on this device) must be on in the bell menu and the browser must have been given permission. On iPhone, notifications work only when the panel has been added to the home screen and opened from there. Also check your phone's do not disturb mode.
I work for more than one company.
You can switch between companies by clicking the company card at the top left. Your role in each company is separate.
An employee has left. What should I do?
On the Ekip (Team) screen, open the person and deactivate their membership. It is recommended to first assign their open cases to someone else. Their name continues to appear in past records.
